Vanessa is the owner of Non-Profit Governance Solutions and has 20+ years of experience working in policy and program development in the public and private sectors, including extensive experience with adult education and program evaluation. Vanessa has been an advisor to over 100 nonprofits across Saskatchewan and Canada, in the areas of board training, strategic planning and grant writing. Vanessa is currently a board member with the Moose Jaw Transition House.

We support our clients on strategic planning, board governance training, policy writing, program evaluation (both formative and summative), grant readiness and grant writing, stakeholder and community engagement, advocacy campaign planning, and coalition building. We support our clients through the entire project lifecycle, from scoping project charters, implementing their terms, producing and revising deliverables, and closing out grant reporting. We also provide conference speaker services and custom conference workshops built to suit your organization's needs, as well as AGM chair services. We deliver our services both in-person and virtually.
