Anita Adefuye
Anita Adefuye (ah-day-foo-yay) is a policy practitioner, author, speaker, career coach, and founder of Advanced and Fulfilled Coaching Company, helping immigrant professionals advance their careers and organizations build future-ready teams through custom workshops and speaking engagements based on the Government of Canada’s Relational Skills for Success frameworks.
She is the author of Reve-Healed, a memoir on resilience, and executive produced the short film The Girl Child, nominated in three categories at the 2023 Yorkton Film Festival. With over a decade of experience in public policy and senior roles across government and Crown corporations, Anita is pursuing a PhD in Public Policy, researching ways to dismantle systemic barriers and foster inclusive governance in municipalities. She also mentors newcomers, volunteers in her faith-community, serves on Boards in Regina, and supports youth development.
