After 12 years of experience in a public accounting office, Marilyn transitioned to Atlas Industries in 2013. Beginning as bookkeeper and admin assistant, her responsibilities grew to include office systems implementation, HR, marketing and Office Manager.
In 2024, she was certified as a COR safety auditor and was instrumental in helping the team at Atlas attain COR status in 2025.
In July 2025, Marilyn became the majority shareholder of Atlas Industries Ltd and gained the title of CEO.
In March 2026, Atlas Industries attained ISO 9001:2015 certification through the dedicated work of Atlas Industries’ leadership.
