Cara Banks
Before starting CLB Solutions in 2024, Cara worked for over 12 years as a labour relations specialist and a senior business partner in the public sector. Her experience is grounded in all the complexities that workplace investigations can bring, including anonymous complaints, retaliatory action and high-conflict employees. Over the course of her career, Cara has trained hundreds of HR professionals and managers how to investigate misconduct in the workplace and how to navigate harassment, discrimination and whistleblower complaints. Grounded in the principles of natural justice, and sprinkled with relevant case scenarios, participants come away feeling confident in their ability to hold an effective workplace investigation.
