Tanessa Boutin
After over 20 years of direct public service practice in the municipal, provincial and federal levels of government, founder Tanessa Boutin began a new chapter. As a career leader and mother of three, she wanted a path that allowed her to remain fully present with her family while continuing to contribute meaningfully to public service and organizational success.
CMB Consulting was created with that purpose at its core; to help leaders and organizations achieve results when time, capacity, or expertise are limited. That same purpose also guides Tanessa’s work as a sessional instructor at the University of Regina, where she teaches Social Policy. Staying connected to students and emerging policy issues enriches her perspective and strengthens the value she brings to clients.
Tanessa continues to give back in public policy leadership through active board governance volunteering with the Institute of Public Administration National and Saskatchewan boards.
