Kayla Madder

Kayla Madder is a Certified Postpartum Doula (DONA International, 2017), Birth Doula (DONA, 2023), and Childbirth Educator (BADT, 2025), who supports new families in Saskatoon and area. She holds a BSc in Biology & Biotechnology (2011), a BA in Psychology (2013), and an MSc in Animal Nutrigenetics and Immunology (2016) and worked for several years in the field of genetics research, so she approaches her work with a heavily evidence-based focus. Kayla is the proud Mom of three boys and spent 2014-2020 advocating for student-parents, which further ignited her passion for postpartum work. She founded Crocus Doula & Wellness services in 2018, and enjoys working alongside a team of other dedicated birth, postpartum, and full-spectrum doulas to provide quality support to new and expecting families.
