The Destination Leadership Coaching Academy imagines a world where every conversation has the potential to engage, empower, and inspire forward action with people at all levels. Developing leaders with a coaching mindset is our passion and holding humans capable is our purpose! We believe that listening for the other person’s essence, shining the light on human potential, and growing future leaders is everyone’s responsibility. If you interact and communicate daily with other humans, our programs are designed for you.
We provide certified leadership coach training, leadership coaching skills, one-on-one and mentor coaching. Destination Leadership’s flagship EXPEDITION Coaching Programs are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and CPHR Saskatchewan. Programs feature the most current principles of neuroscience and brain-based learning.
Programs have been delivered extensively in Saskatchewan and Canada with a significant global presence within the United Nations System, and partnerships in Africa, China, Brazil, UAE and the United States.
Shana Ring
Shana Ring is President of The Destination Leadership Coaching Academy, and Founder of the flagship EXPEDITION Coaching Program. She is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with over 30 years of experience. Shana has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership & Training (Royal Roads University), a Bachelor of Arts Degree (University of Regina), and certifications in MBTI, EQi2.0, EQ-360, among others. Shana is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator, a Certified Resilience Coach, and a Level 1 & 2 Accredited Facilitator of the Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y. Assessment for individuals and teams.
Shana is a passionate coach, leadership expert, experienced adult educator and masterful curriculum designer. Her coaching programs meet the rigorous and robust Level 1 ICF accreditation standards and requirements. The programs include Leadership Coaching Skills, Certified Leadership Coach Training, Mindfulness Coaching, and Advanced Conversations in Leadership Coaching.
