About the Business
Empower Physiotherapy has been a locally owned and operated clinic in Regina, Saskatchewan since 2018. Our boutique-style clinic features a supportive, small-team environment that is encouraging and empowering of our clients and team members. We have been established to provide more specialized, one-on-one care for artistic athletes, young athletes, and the general public. Our current services include physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services and educational offers. Our clinic’s approach is to provide more thorough, one-on-one care for clients to feel empowered in their health care and wellness.
Sara Lawson
Sara returned back to Saskatchewan after working as the Medical Lead Physiotherapist with the Alberta Ballet Company and Alberta Ballet School in Calgary. Wanting to provide specialized and client-centered care, Sara opened Empower Physiotherapy in Regina, SK. Sara’s passion for dance and the performing arts continues to be a strong niche and focus of the clinic. As the clinic has grown and evolved, we have proudly expanded our health care services for the diverse community of Regina.
Sara has completed a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, and Master of Physical Therapy along with numerous post-graduate courses and certifications to advance her practice. Sara continues to focus her practice on pre-professional and professional dancers while balancing clinic director tasks.
Sara strives to “empower” clients with their health and wellness goals as well as our Empower Physiotherapy Team to provide high quality client experiences.
