Founded by Sarah Goddard and Jennifer Spaeth, Greenline Consulting delivers customized, practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals, operational realities, and workforce needs. For more than ten years, we have supported organizations with employee policies, employee relations, organizational design, compensation reviews, program development, and other strategic HR initiatives.
