Ryssa Alarcon
Ryssa Alarcon is the Founder and CEO of HatHouse Marketing, bringing experience in marketing, communications, and business growth across organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises and nonprofits. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and an MBA.
Throughout her career, Ryssa has driven impactful results, including tripling revenues, leading multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns, and developing marketing strategies that strengthened brand visibility and engagement.
Her work and community involvement have been recognized through the YWCA Saskatoon Women of Distinction Award, an IABC Communications Award, the Co-operators Leadership Award, and other industry honours.
Ryssa has also been invited to speak at universities, entrepreneurship events, and industry conferences, where she shares her expertise in marketing, leadership, communications, and business growth.
