About the Business
Joyful Living Therapy Collective provides individual and relationship counselling to rural Saskatchewan and Alberta. With a focus on collaboration and connection, Joyful Living services are rooted in attachment, empowerment, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practices. Additional programs and specialty services include the Mentorship Program for budding therapists and social workers, succession planning and mediation support for farming families, and expressive arts therapy.
Heather Sinfield
Heather Sinfield (BSW, MSW) is a Registered Social Worker in good standing with SASW and ACSW. She has been in the helping field for over two decades and is trained in multiple modalities for healing and wellness. Heather married into a fourth-generation grain farm and after growing up in Montreal and Ottawa, had a steep learning curve. She has utilized her lived experiences to effectively support relationships as they navigate transitions, trauma, succession planning, healing, and more.
