Erin Vaughan
Erin Vaughan is the President and CEO of Kinetic Auto Service. She started in the automotive service trade as an apprentice in 2006, completing her Journeyperson Certificate in 2009 and opening her automotive service facility in 2011. When she opened Kinetic, Erin felt a responsibility to provide the community with an automotive service facility that was inclusive to all clients and, most importantly, people who felt taken advantage of and discriminated against at other service centres. Her drive and determination to create this type of environment in her business has won Kinetic multiple local awards, as well as the national recognition of being named Canada’s Shop Of The Year in 2020 by CARS Magazine, a major industry-leading publication.
