About the Business
LIVE WELL Regina North is an exercise clinic supporting those with – or – at risk of chronic conditions. Our staff hold Bachelor of Kinesiology degrees and have taken the Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification. We liaison with our clients’ other health professionals to ensure a truly customized health coaching experience that is both monitored and supervised.
Brenda Yungwirth
Brenda is the owner of LIVE WELL Regina North, the first exercise clinic targeting those with-or-at risk of chronic conditions. Brenda has owned and operated bricks and mortar businesses since 2000, and has 30+ years experience in human services spanning non-profit, health region, and provincial Ministry settings. As a lifelong learner she strives to work strategically to support others.
