About the Business
I have an annual membership called Align where women learn their core values and how to live in alignment to them. They also learn how to create a strong mindset, peak health, how to have better relationships and how to become on-purpose in work and life. The membership includes group coaching, on demand yoga classes, recorded hypnosis and meditation audios, plant-based recipes, and personal growth programs.
Megan Schmidt
I am a yoga instructor, hypnotherapist, health and life coach and mom to three girls. I have been teaching yoga since I was 18 which is when I became passionate about physical and mental health. After the birth of my third daughter I took a health coach certification and two years after that I took my hypnosis and regression certifications to help facilitate change at the root.
