Louise Burridge
With over 25 years of experience, Louise Burridge is a passionate and highly respected occupational therapist. Her career has spanned clinical, educational, and leadership roles across Saskatchewan—including positions with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, Good Spirit School Division, the Ministry of Education, where she served as Superintendent of Programs and Instruction, and the Director of Professional Practice with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists. Through this work, she has led and collaborated on provincial initiatives in Autism, FASD, assistive technology, inclusive education, and self-regulation. Louise holds a BSc (Honours) from Queen’s University, an Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Toronto, and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Regina. Now as the founder of OuTcomes Therapy, Louise brings her expertise and warmth to children and families across Saskatchewan—delivering creative, evidence-informed, and relationship-driven care that makes a meaningful difference every day.
