Ali Stajniak is the founder and owner of Podium Executive Club, a boutique fitness and coworking lounge designed for high-performing professionals who want to take care of their bodies, minds, and careers in one place. With a background in fitness, coaching, and entrepreneurship, Ali built Podium to bridge the gap between traditional gyms and executive workspaces, offering strength training, recovery, golf, and community under one roof.
She is passionate about sustainable high performance, helping driven people feel and function at their best without burning out. As a hands-on owner, Ali leads business strategy, member experience, and corporate wellness initiatives, while actively coaching clients on strength, health, and lifestyle.
