Ponderosa Connection delivers equine-assisted leadership development for corporate teams. Through structured sessions with horses, leaders get direct, real-time feedback on how they communicate, build trust, and perform under pressure — feedback no survey or workshop can replicate, because horses respond only to what’s actually happening, not what’s said. Based in Saskatchewan, Ponderosa Connection works with organizations ready to move past theory and build teams that function better under real conditions.
Crystal Fatteicher
Crystal Fatteicher spent over 25 years navigating corporate culture before trading boardrooms for barns. A lifelong horsewoman raised part-time on her grandmother’s farm, she discovered her gift for teaching and mentoring running a youth 4-H riding camp, long before she had language for it. In 2018 she became a certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, founding Ponderosa Connection to combine that gift with what corporate life taught her: most leadership problems aren’t skills problems, they’re awareness problems. Crystal built her business from the ground up as a solo operator in rural Saskatchewan, and brings the same direct, no-nonsense approach to her clients that she demands of herself.
