Valerie Sluth
Val Sluth, MBA, FCMC, ICD.D, is the founder and CEO of Saskatchewan-based Praxis Consulting Inc. As an entrepreneur, Val has successfully built Saskatchewan’s largest management consulting and research firm. Val’s vision was to build a consulting firm with heart; one that allowed ambitious professionals to aspire to both personal and professional goals. Her team is a testament to her success. Val is the past RBC Executive Women in Residence at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business, past chair of the 2023 Saskatchewan Winter Games, past chair of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, Board member on the Global Transportation Hub Board of Directors, and past director and international trustee with CMC-Canada and CMC-International. She is also the winner of the 2022 ABEX Business Leader of the Year award, 2023 WESK Community Involvement Award, and 2025 WESK Legacy Award.
