About the Business

I am the founder of The Bloom Market, a Regina-based community event brand focused on creating inclusive, creative spaces for local artists, small businesses, and youth entrepreneurs. Bloom was built from a love of connection, creativity, and supporting people who are just starting out or trying something new. I organize themed markets, workshops, and social events that encourage collaboration, accessibility, and self-expression. My goal is to build events that feel welcoming, inspiring, and supportive while giving artists and makers a platform to grow, connect, and be celebrated.

Saffron Mandzuk-Pavlic

I’m a creative, business-oriented entrepreneur in my mid-20s with a deep passion for community, art, and event planning. I’ve been in the event industry for 9 years and have started multiple small businesses because I genuinely love learning, building, and turning ideas into real experiences for people.

At my core, I lead with care and intention. I value connection, mental health, and creating spaces that feel welcoming and supportive. I believe events are more than just gatherings, they’re opportunities for creativity, collaboration, and community to grow.

I’m always looking for ways to improve, try new things, and create experiences that feel meaningful. Everything I do is rooted in wanting to show up in a positive way and contribute something genuine to the community.
