Sarah Longpre
Sarah Longpre is a passionate entrepreneur, movement educator, and proud owner of Saskatoon Pole & Dance Studio. Since opening her doors in 2018, Sarah has built more than a business – she’s built a community rooted in empowerment, creativity, and movement. As the National Organizer for Pole Theatre Canada, a public speaker, and a mom of three, Sarah wears many hats – but her heart is always in helping others rise. She was honoured as a 2024 YWCA Women of Distinction nominee for Leadership in Athletics and has helped raise over $30,000 for local charities through her studio’s community-driven efforts. Now stepping into public speaking, Sarah shares her story of resilience – balancing entrepreneurship and motherhood while navigating trauma – with the hope of connecting, inspiring, and growing alongside others.
