The Core Connection – Pilates Studio

Our fully equipped Pilates studio has been in operation since 2002. Instructors are trained and certified in the STOTT PILATES® method and have been teaching pilates for over 20 years. We participate in yearly continuing education to maintain our certification status and to offer an enhanced experience for our clients. We love sharing what we learn with our participants.

We work with clients of all ages and abilities in our small group and private lesson setting.

Our goal is to assist you to get stronger from the inside out, to help you to develop a mindful connection to your body and to take the skills you learn in our studio with you to your other daily activities.

We focus on enhancing body awareness, alignment, strength and support from the core. We are excited to help you meet your goals for better posture, functional fitness, sport specific training and daily living.
