Rose Freeman is the founder and sole owner of Willow Insurance Corp., proudly leading the business since 2013. For over a decade, she has balanced dual roles as owner and lead broker, growing the company with resilience and vision. Within four years, Rose doubled the firm’s book of business—a milestone that typically takes a decade—and expanded with a second location.
She has served on industry committees including the IBAS Leader’s Forum, Rural Broker’s Advisory Committee, and SGI CANADA Regional Broker Council. A dedicated community advocate, Rose has raised over $21,000 as an Ambassador for Make-A-Wish and is an active member of WESK and SIP.
