(“Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan”) offers you access to and use of the website at http://wesk.ca and all features, applications, content and downloads that are operated by Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan and other sites it owns or operates (the “website”). 15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, these terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan with respect to your use of the website and replace and supersede any other prior or contemporaneous agreements or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of these terms.
