Abbie Wilson has a practice that focuses on the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate finance, and wills and estates.
Abbie is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina, having earned a Juris Doctor with distinction and a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction. She also spent a term studying in Scotland. Abbie was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2021.
In her free time, Abbie enjoys assisting on her family farm, playing and coaching ringette, golfing, hiking, reading, and exploring different countries.
Alyssa Phen is a labour and employment lawyer with McDougall Gauley LLP. She has advised both large and small employers on the full spectrum of workplace law issues. Her practice includes hiring and termination matters, workplace discipline, employment standards compliance, effective policy development, harassment investigations, occupational health and safety obligations, labour relations, and human rights matters, including complex accommodation issues.
Alyssa studied law at the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Bar in 2020. She has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board and other administrative tribunals. She is actively involved in the Administrative and Labour Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association – Saskatchewan Branch and is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
