Megan is a Senior Manager in BDO’s Transaction Advisory Services group in Calgary, where she provides valuation services for financial reporting, tax planning, and transaction advisory purposes. Megan has over eleven years of experience in public practice, where she has been advising both privately held and publicly traded companies on matters of financial reporting, transaction support, and operations. Over the past seven years, Megan has focused exclusively on business valuations, purchase price allocations, 409A valuations, and valuation matters in financial reporting.

Megan offers a wealth of professional experience in the life sciences and technology sector, leading valuation assignments for large public and private companies in Canada and the U.S., including entities operating in the healthcare, biotechnology, medical technology, and information technology subsectors. She has significant experience valuing high growth, early stage companies in both the biotechnology and information technology sectors. Her valuation analyses have been used in the context of corporate reorganizations, financial reporting, and transactional purposes.
