As President and CEO, she has served as the primary contact for numerous clients with locations across Canada, building strong relationships through reliable service and thoughtful solutions.
Michelle plays a key leadership role in guiding a high-performing team, developing product solutions, and ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. In collaboration with the project manager, she reviews floor plans and site layouts to identify potential challenges early. Michelle also conducts on-site walkthroughs to confirm proper installation and maintain consistent quality throughout every phase of a project.
