Peer Mentorship Groups

Growing your network, while growing your business.

Connect with fellow women entrepreneurs in a supportive, facilitator-led environment designed for learning, accountability, and growth. Through guided peer discussions, participants gain fresh perspectives, share experiences, and work through business challenges alongside a trusted group of entrepreneurs.

What Are Peer Mentorship Groups?

WESK’s Peer Mentorship Groups provide a collaborative space for entrepreneurs to learn from one another through facilitated discussions, shared experiences, and collective problem-solving.

Unlike traditional mentoring programs, peer mentorship recognizes that valuable insights often come from those facing similar opportunities and challenges. Participants benefit from diverse perspectives, meaningful connections, and the accountability needed to move their businesses forward.
