From strength training and Pilates to rhythm based cycling, energy work and sound bath meditations, Kana brings together diverse modalities that support physical transformation, energetic alignment, and the balance between intensity and stillness. Known for her attention to detail, high standards, and ability to hold space for growth, she has cultivated a loyal community and leads a team of 20+ who share her deep commitment to impact and evolution.
