Krystal Thorhaug’s the co-founder and Creative Director. With a background in business and marketing, and over a decade of hands-on experience, she brings brands to life through bold visuals, engaging content, and scroll-stopping social media. Every piece she touches looks great and feels aligned with the client’s voice and values. Krystal ensures every post, reel, and campaign goes out on time and on brand. She leads production, monitors live social channels, manages schedules, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Lindsay Fuchs is a co-founder and the COO of Undercover Creators, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategic operations, communications, and content development. She’s the creator of the 5-Point Content Clarity Blueprint™ and Authentic Voice Process™, and she’s supported executives, grown brands, and led campaigns across industries including finance, construction, and nonprofit. She holds certifications in freelance writing, leadership, marketing strategy, and workplace mental health.
