Genelle Payant is the Founder of Spark People Solutions and has developed a wide range of human resource and service solutions for a variety of businesses and industries.
Based in Moose Jaw, SK, Genelle has been an independent human resources consultant since 2010 and has been actively employed in the human resources field since 1997. She has successfully assisted companies implement workable human resource solutions that have resulted in improvements to workplace cultures, efficiencies, processes and profitability.
Genelle is described as a competent, ethical and trusted professional with a passion for helping organizations achieve their best through proven people practices.
As an active community member, Genelle serves on many committees and boards, including the Moose Jaw Transition House and CPHR Saskatchewan.
