Family Foundations Therapy

Family Foundations Therapy P.C. Inc. is a woman-owned occupational therapy practice based in Saskatoon, founded by pediatric Occupational Therapist Janelle Daku. The practice provides trauma-informed, nervous system–focused occupational therapy services to children and families across urban and rural communities, including Indigenous communities. Family Foundations Therapy integrates evidence-based OT with relationship-centered care, sensory regulation, and capacity-building support for caregivers and educators, with a growing vision that includes innovative service models such as equine-assisted and land-based therapy.
