After completing her medical degree in India and moving to the U.S. for her master’s, Anisha found a constant companion in dance. From performing with premier dance academies in the U.S. to relocating to Canada, her search for a similar space here led to the birth of Taal and Tunes. What began as a personal journey has now grown into a vibrant, inclusive space where people from all walks of life come together, united by their shared love for dance. Anisha has been trained in Bharatnatyam for 8 yrs and continues to learn Kathak and is exploring belly dance as a new dance form, in addition to Bollywood, semi-classical and folk genres
