Colleen is a professional community and environmental planner with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector. Her fields of practice include land use policy, housing, sustainability, and waste minimization. In 2012, she founded Equinox3 Consulting Ltd where she works with municipalities, land developers, First Nations communities and NGOs.
