Mary Weimer

Mary Weimer is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), fractional C-suite consultant, and a business leader with nearly 30 years of experience. A lifelong Regina resident and University of Regina graduate, she has built a career in entrepreneurship and executive leadership across retail, banking, and real estate. Since 1999, Mary has co-owned the Assiniboia Gallery, and she has held leadership roles at Hillberg & Berk, Conexus Credit Union, and Harvard Developments. In 2024, Mary founded Ready Executive Consulting, offering 1:1 and team executive coaching along with fractional executive leadership to businesses and non-profits. Mary is recognized for her collaborative, human-centered approach to solving complex business challenges. Mary also serves on the board of Cowessess Ventures Ltd, and the Regina Food Bank's Capital Campaign Committee. Outside of work, Mary enjoys an active family life with her husband, Jeremy, and their four children.
