About the Business
JTM Business Solutions has been providing efficient and professional Bookkeeping Services to small businesses since 2008. In February 2018, after a decade of juggling senior industry positions such as Controller and CFO, principal Johaine Thomas-Miranjie decided to establish a firm and commit full-time to client services.
JTM offers Accounting and Business Consulting services that provide small and medium-sized businesses with the necessary value-added financial and operational information that allow the business owners to gain control and focus on business growth and development. Our services include bookkeeping services, payroll services, outsourced controller services and other consulting services.

Johaine Thomas-Miranjie
Johaine Thomas-Miranjie is the President and CEO of JTM Business Solutions, an independent Accounting Firm. She is also the Co-founder of JTM Foundation, a Canadian registered non-profit organization with a mission to foster and support the educational development of youth in Guyana.
Johaine is a proud Guyanese Canadian, wife, mother, and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of accounting experience. She also serves as an active volunteer Board member supporting other non-profit organizations. She is amongst the first Board members of the Black Professionals and Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan Inc. (BPES). Johaine is a leader in business and in the community. In 2023, Johaine co-authored the book: Courage, Change & Faith.
Prior to establishing JTM Business Solutions, she served in various industry roles such as Controller and CFO through which she garnered a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her professional track record is marked by strong leadership with a focus on empowerment and growth. She uses her skills, knowledge and experience in accounting and business empower her team and those in her sphere.
