Chelsey Gareau is the founder and visionary behind Stick & Stone Counselling Services, an award-winning mental health and wellness practice in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. What began as a solo practice in 2018 has grown into a thriving multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping people feel less alone and more connected.
Driven by compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in the power of human connection, Chelsey has created a space where individuals, families, and communities can heal, grow, and thrive.
