The Prairie Grazer creates hand-crafted artisan boxes, grazing tables and unique catering offerings with an emphasis on featuring local and Canadian products and ingredients. Beyond that they offer in-person and online charcuterie workshops in their intimate commercial kitchen and event space and support local and Canadian businesses through their in-store and online marketplace.
Cristie Zyla
Meghan Hawkins and Cristie Zyla are the Co-Founders and Co-Owners of The Prairie Grazer Food Company Ltd. When Meghan and Cristie aren’t in the kitchen, they live very full lives spending time with their kids, travelling and enjoying a good glass of wine. They also both maintain full-time careers in addition to being entrepreneurs, as an educator and labour relations officer respectively.
Meghan and Cristie hope to inspire other women to have it all, to chase their dreams and create a positive impact within the community in their own special way. Along with their team, Meghan and Cristie have created something truly unique in Saskatoon. The Prairie Grazer has become a staple in Saskatoon and a top choice for entertaining and gatherings of all sizes.
