• The options available to you when you are insolvent, and
• Options for your business to recover money if you are owed money for goods or services by an insolvent person or business.

Rachel Haack is an Associate lawyer with Miller Thomson LLP. She is an active member of Miller Thomson’s litigation team and has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. Rachel works with other team members in the fields of commercial litigation, corporate disputes, debtor and creditor disputes, and other civil litigation matters. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law.
