Betty specializes in Executive/Leadership Coaching, Coach Training, Change Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Cultural Intelligence. She is privileged to coach leaders in health, education and private industry nationally and internationally. Betty is a systems thinker and a change agent, who leverages a strength-based approach to foster positive sustainable change. Her effectiveness as a leadership coach, consultant, trainer and international conference presenter is grounded in her lived experiences
as a senior leader and organization effectiveness practitioner over the past two decades. Betty has notable accomplishments that have positively influenced impactful leadership across all sectors.

In 2012, she led the development of the Saskatchewan Leadership Program (SLP), a transformational leadership program for health care leaders across Saskatchewan. The integration of a coach approach to leadership advanced the mindful practice of patient/client-centred care. She was awarded the ICF Prism Award for successfully creating a coaching culture through the SLP initiative. As the inaugural Executive Director for Leadership Saskatoon, she left a legacy of a thriving multi-sector community leadership program that has developed over a thousand transformational leaders in the non-profit, private and public sector, who actively collaborate across sectors to enhance the quality of life of the community. Betty believes in the catalytic power of coaching to develop fresh innovative INSIGHTs that INFLUENCES new learning and intentional action aligned to what is really important to the individual, team or organization! The result is a lasting positive IMPACT or Legacy.
